Shipping policy


Please read through the shipping policy as you are agreeing to this when you make a purchase.

i. When placing an order, you must provide Nameless Clueless Fameless with accurate information to ensure accuracy of your order. If the wrong address is entered, Nameless Clueless Fameless is not obliged to re-send your order at our own cost.

ii. Additional confirmation may be required for larger orders (over $300 USD) or orders that have been flagged by PayPal or bank before shipment.

iii. Please note that we do not ship to PO BOX or Parcel Lockers.

iv. We are not responsible for stolen/missing packages - please make sure you follow up with the tracking number provided on your end to receive the package on time. If your tracking information says the package was delivered but you didn't receive it, you must contact the courier within 24 hours in order to locate your package. Reimbursement is subjected to the courier company's discretion.

v. We are unable to apply any discount codes to previous/placed orders.



i. Please note that express shipping does not mean express dispatch.

ii. During sale/peak holiday periods, please allow additional time to receive your order. Shipping times are provided by our couriers and can vary depending on shipping location and other external factors.



i. We are unable to cancel or refund your orders for any postal delays. The timeframes we provided are not guaranteed as there may be possible delays due to unforeseen circumstances.



i. The shipping fee is the courier fee we pay to transport the package to the destination. If your order is eligible for free express shipping, that does not mean the customs charges and taxes are free.

ii. All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer. If your order require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

iii. If a customer rejects to pay for customs charges or taxes, the package will be abandoned by our courier and Nameless Clueless Fameless is not responsible for the handling of abandoned packages.

iv. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you how much these would be, as fees vary widely from country to country.

v. By placing your order from Nameless Clueless Fameless, you are responsible for the charges involved to pay to receive your parcel.



i. We do our best to ensure timely delivery for all orders. Please bear in mind we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our couriers. On rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.



i. Depending on the designated country and shipping method, your order will be shipped with DHL Express, FedEx, UPS or TNT.

ii. Estimated delivery time is from the date the order was shipped, not necessarily the date of the order - We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders.

iii. Please note, should your shipping address be located outside of the couriers out-of-delivery-area, we will contact you regarding further shipping costs. Attach here is a list of out-of-delivery-area postcodes and areas.



i. Once your order has been dispatched, you should receive an email with your tracking details - please allow time for your tracking information to show. If you have failed to receive this email, please check your spam/ promotions folder.
