SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES
i. [Important to Note] During peak shopping & promotional periods, we will require 3 additional business days to process online orders received. We ship Monday to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.
ii. Please note that all items that are made-to-order have their specific production time and will be shipped once production period is over.
iii. All items are shipped from Asia and will require more shipping time if you're an international buyer. With the current COVID-19 situation, the global shipping network continues to experience significant delivery delays.
iv. Standard international shipping takes an average of 10-20 days. Express shipping takes around 3-7 days.
v. If you find that your items are damaged upon delivery, please report to Customer Service (email us at NamelessCluelessFameless@gmail.com) on the same day with supporting evidence and your Invoice number.
vi. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss parcels. Please contact us and we will help you file a loss parcel claim to the courier company. Reimbursement is subjected to the courier company's discretion.

ii. Shipping charge will be calculated at checkout by the item's weight and destination.
STANDARD VS EXPRESS SHIPPING
i. We offer standard shipping which is ideal for customers looking for an economical way to ship packages internationally. How it works is that your parcel will be handled using a wide global postal network that helps deliver to over 180 countries worldwide. In Layman's term, it means your parcel will be handled by multiple local courier companies when it arrives at different checkpoints. The tracking number that was sent to our customers for standard shipping is the initial number that was issued to us when we purchase the waybill and the courier service we attach to the number is the final local courier service which will deliver your parcel to your address.
ii. With express shipping, your parcel will be single-handedly handled by ONE courier service (we usually use DHL, UPS, FedEx). Shipping duration will be more efficient and tracking would be done in ease.
i. Once your orders have been shipped, we will send a Dispatch Notification to your email with your tracking information. If you have failed to receive this email, please check your spam/ promotions folder.
