Shipping policy

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIMES

i. [Important to Note] During peak shopping & promotional periods, we will require 3 additional business days to process online orders received. We ship Monday to Fridays, excluding weekends and public holidays.

ii. Please note that all items that are pre-order/ made-to-order have their specific wait time and will be shipped once production period is over. Pre-orders apparels will be shipped in 2-3 weeks while made-to-order apparels are shipped in 1-2 weeks.

iii. All items are shipped from Asia (based in Hong Kong and Singapore) and will require more shipping time if you're an international buyer. With the current COVID-19 situation, the global shipping network continues to experience significant delivery delays.

iv. Standard international shipping (subject to availability) will require 10-20 days. Express shipping will take 3-7 business days.

v. If you find that your items are damaged upon delivery, please report to Customer Service (email us at NamelessCluelessFameless@gmail.com) on the same day with supporting evidence and your Order number. All refund requests for parcels delivered after 72 hours will not be accepted.

vi. Please note that we will not be liable for any loss parcels. Please contact us and we will help you file a loss parcel claim to the courier company. Reimbursement is subjected to the courier company's discretion.

 

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

i. Nameless Clueless Fameless will be offering worldwide delivery soon.

ii. Shipping charge will be calculated at checkout by the item's weight and destination.

iii. International out-of-delivery-area will require out-of-pickup-area surcharges by the courier service that will be borne by buyers. Attach here is a list of out-of-delivery-area postcodes and areas.

iv.We currently ship to Australia, Austria, Brazil, Canada, Chile, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Mexico, Morocco, New Zealand, Norway, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, UAE, United States, Venezuela and Vietnam.

v. International buyers are responsible for any duty or custom fees which may be collected upon delivery. 

vi. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


STANDARD VS EXPRESS SHIPPING

i. We offer standard shipping (subject to availability) which is ideal for customers looking for an economical way to ship packages internationally. How it works is that your parcel will be handled using a wide global postal network that helps deliver to over 180 countries worldwide. In Layman's term, your parcel will be handled by multiple local courier companies when it arrives at different checkpoints. The tracking number that was sent to our customers for standard shipping is the initial number that was issued to us in the waybill and the courier service we attach to the number is the final local courier service which will deliver your parcel to your address. 

ii. With express shipping, your parcel will be single-handedly handled by ONE courier service (we usually use DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT). Shipping duration will be more efficient and tracking would be done in ease.

 

TRACKING 

i. Once your orders have been shipped, we will send a Dispatch Notification to your email with your tracking information. If you have failed to receive this email, please check your spam/ promotions folder.
