Return policy


i. All orders come with a 14-day return policy with a 5% refund processing fee. Note that the cost of returns will be your responsibility. All return parcels MUST be shipped using a trackable shipping method to our International warehouse.

ii. We issue two types of refunds: Store Credit and a refund to the original form of payment.

  • For store credits, vouchers are issued and emailed to you immediately following the approval of your return. Please note that vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • For refunds to the original form of payment, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be received on your end.

iii. Items that are made-to-order or on sale will be final sales and will not be eligible for exchange or return in any circumstance.

iv. Please contact us via email with clear digital images and valid order & contact information for us to proceed with your return request (applications are subject to approval to proceed). Please allow 2-5 working days for us to assess and approve your request.

v. Approved item(s) for returns must remain in the same condition as received by the customer (ie: unwashed, unused and unworn) in the original packaging. All security tag and product tags must still remain intact. Any tampered tags, materials or condition of the item(s) found will result in the immediate cancellation of the prior approved returns or exchanges. 

vi. Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. This process takes between 3-9 business days from the date of receiving your returns.

vii. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

i. We are not currently offering exchanges - If you would like to order a different size / style, return your items as soon as possible to purchase a different size / any of our products using your store credit.



i. If you have received the incorrect garment or faulty garment, please email us at with the digital pictures of the fault within 48 hours of receiving your garment/s. Please note, if you email us outside of this timeframe, we can't help you with your order.

ii. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. The customer must return incorrect / faulty garment within 5 business days after receiving the label provided. If your garment is returned outside of this timeframe, we can't assist with your order.
