Returns & refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

i. All orders come with a 14-day return policy with a 5% refund processing fee. Customers are responsible for organising a return label at their own cost. All return parcels MUST be shipped using a trackable shipping method to our International warehouse.

ii. We issue two types of refunds: Store Credit and a refund to the original form of payment.

  • For store credits, vouchers are issued and emailed to you immediately following the approval of your return. Please note that vouchers must be redeemed within 30 days from the date of issuance.
  • For refunds to the original form of payment, please allow up to 14 working days for the refund to be received on your end.

iii. Items that are final sales will not be eligible for exchange or return in any circumstance.

iv. The initial shipping fee is strictly not refundable.

v. Please contact us via email with clear digital images (one image of your apparel and one image of your apparel’s security or product tag) and valid order & contact information within 14 days upon delivery for us to proceed with your return request (applications are subject to approval to proceed). Emails sent requesting for return without clear digital images will not be accepted for return. Please allow 2-5 working days for us to assess and approve your request.

vi. Approved item(s) for returns must remain in the same condition as received by the customer (ie: unwashed, unused and unworn) in the original packaging. All security tag and product tags must still remain intact. Any tampered tags, materials or condition of the item(s) found will result in the immediate cancellation of the prior approved returns or exchanges. 

vii. Return product(s) will be assessed and we will notify you if your return has been accepted. This process takes between 3-9 business days from the date of receiving your returns.

viii. If your return does not adhere to the requirements it may be sent back at additional cost to the customer.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

i. We do not accept return requests outside of our 14 day return policy.

ii. We do not accept returns on items if they are not returned in original condition. If you return your products and they have been worn or damaged, you will be invoiced for your return shipping fee or asked to provide the return label at your own cost and the goods will be returned back to you. Any return shipping costs incurred by the customer are non-refundable.

 

EXCHANGES

i. We are not currently offering exchanges - If you would like to order a different size / style, return your items as soon as possible to purchase a different size / any of our products using your store credit.

 

WRONG/ FAULTY ITEM

i. If you have received the incorrect garment or faulty garment, please email us at NamelessCluelessFameless@gmail.com with the digital pictures of the fault within 48 hours of receiving your garment/s. Please note, if you email us outside of this timeframe, we can't help you with your order.

ii. Once your email has been received and assessed, we will be able to provide you with information on how to return the item. The customer must return incorrect / faulty garment within 7 business days after receiving the label provided. If your garment is returned outside of this timeframe, we can't assist with your order.
